Hereditary and Breast, Ovarian Cancer

This is a monthly class, offered by the Cancer Risk Program of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, for individuals who are interested in learning about genetic risk for cancer. Topics include breast and ovarian cancer risk factors; genetic susceptibility risk factors; cancer susceptibility genes BRCA 1&2 and genetic testing; guidelines for early detection of breast and ovarian cancer. 2008 UCSF Cancer Imaging Retreat

The Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging and the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences Organizing Committee will be hosting retreat to discuss the advances in cancer imaging.

Registration is required and is open to all UCSF faculty, students and staff, as well as entrepreneurs and industry professionals.
